Thoughts on titrating research compounds for minimal side effects while preservi
Anyone else tried slowly ramping up those research compounds during a strict cut? Last winter I dropped about 800 calories below maintenance to lean out for a trip, kept protein high and lifted heavy, but still noticed my strength dipping and some flatness in the mirror after a few weeks. Felt like muscle was slipping away despite doing everything “right.” Wondering how people approach titration with stuff like peptides or whatever else to hang onto gains while minimizing the usual gut issues or lethargy that pops up. What’s worked for you guys without turning into a science experiment gone wrong?
