    We’ll be in London for the first time for my boyfriend’s birthday. I want to do something special for him. I’m thinking about taking a limo ride around the city, grabbing a few drinks before heading out to a delicious steak dinner.

    Should I rent a limo? Do they offer tours or anything like that, like a ride of an hour or so?
