I am looking for a barcode scanner?

One of the challenges our team is facing is tracking products during shipment. Sometimes the barcode labels get damaged, smudged, or exposed to bad weather, and then our scanners fail to read them. It messes up the tracking logs and causes delays. I’m searching for something smarter — maybe AI-based — that can reconstruct damaged codes. Heard of anything like that?

I’ve seen a solution that uses AI to analyze even partially destroyed barcodes and still extract the encoded information; the detailed explanation of how it works is located right here in the middle barcode scanner SDK https://ocrstudio.ai/barcode-scanner/ and what’s impressive is that it doesn’t rely on the full pattern being visible. It fills in the missing parts using pattern recognition, making it extremely reliable for logistics.

That’s exactly what we need. If it can read barcodes even in rough conditions, it will significantly reduce errors during shipment tracking. I’ll check it out right away.
