    That is reassuring because consistency is everything when you are running a busy coffee shop. Knowing that these cartridges carry an official NSF/ANSI 42 certification gives me a lot of confidence that our espresso flavor will stay consistent even during peak hours. The fact that they are a direct manufacturer means we can probably set up a reliable supply chain for our seasonal maintenance. I am going to look at their 0.5-micron blocks today and get an order placed before our old filters completely wear out.
