    Lately I’ve been noticing how group meetups get messy fast, especially when everyone’s coming from different parts of the city. Different routes, different arrival times, constant messages about delays – it turns into more coordination than the actual meetup. I’m curious how others handle this without overplanning or stressing everyone out. Do you stick to flexible plans, or have you found one clear approach that actually keeps things running smoothly?
