What to Expect During Rehabilitation?
Hey everyone! I’ve been curious about the rehabilitation process lately. It seems like there are a lot of misconceptions out there about what really happens during rehab. I know that rehabilitation can vary depending on the person and the type of addiction, but what’s the general experience like?
Is it mostly about therapy and counseling, or is there more focus on physical recovery? And how long does it usually take to start seeing real change? I’d love to hear from anyone who has gone through it or knows someone who has.
