Carol Dysart
Carol is a DISC profiling master who has been consulting and mentoring business owners and team leaders for over four decades, helping them know their own style strengths and what makes each person who is different from them unique. She provides assessments, interpretation skills, and teaches how to apply this knowledge to be a better parent, leader, teacher, and friend.
Carol’s work with corporations focuses on the style applications needed in HR for hiring, management, leadership, coaching and team building. Once brought into a company hiring mistakes disappear and turnover stops as soon as management lets her team do surveys to learn which styles are best in which jobs and leaders learn how to manage each different DISC style.
At the same time, Carol’s partner in PeopleSmartEnteprises is Sandra Davis of New Zealand, who uses her unique ability to create books and programs that teach teachers and parents how to bring people-smart skills home and to school. She makes the new Kids-DISC profile, (based on the birds that make it easy to remember one’s DISC style) available to both parents and kids ages 8 to 14, helping to increase the chances that children are recognized for their own unique style and strengths instead of feeling like they have to become a Mini-Me of a parent.
